Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and r989 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or game wager on r989, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

r989 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on r989, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. r989 does not accept registrations from anyone under this age.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of a business entity or as an agent.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended r989 account. Only one account is permitted per individual.
• You must not be excluded from the platform through the self-exclusion tool or through any administrative restriction.

r989 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. This typically includes a CNIC or other government-issued identification. Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

Your r989 account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — are your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong password and not share it with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact r989 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to place bets or play games using your account, even temporarily.

r989 will not be responsible for any losses, missed winnings or account changes that result from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. Any activity conducted from your account will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have reported a security concern to r989 in advance.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All transactions on r989 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and eligible debit and credit cards.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your r989 balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method and your account tier.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. r989 does not allow withdrawals to accounts or wallets that are not registered in the name of the r989 account holder. Your first withdrawal requires completed CNIC verification. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed in order of request, with VIP accounts receiving priority handling.

r989 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside r989's control. You are responsible for any fees your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account may impose.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

r989 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free credits, cashback and event-specific promotions such as PSL season offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible game types will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without replacement.
• One bonus at a time: In most cases, only one active bonus can be held at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will extend the bonus balance, not replace it.
• Prohibited behaviour: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or misrepresentation of identity — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

r989 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if it is being exploited, contains an error, or needs to be updated. Any disputes about a specific bonus should be raised with the r989 support team before the promotion's stated end date.

5 Game Rules and Sports Betting

The rules governing individual casino games, live dealer tables, fish games and sports betting markets are set by the relevant game providers and r989's own betting rules. These specific rules are accessible within each game or market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule will apply for that product.

For sports betting specifically:

• All bets placed on r989 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement unless r989 explicitly offers a cash-out or void option for that specific market.
• r989 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned or subject to irregular market movement.
• In-play bets on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other fixtures — are settled on official match results. Bets on events affected by weather, delays or venue changes will follow the rules stated in the relevant betting market at the time of placement.
• r989 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for specific markets or individual accounts if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Errors in odds due to technical issues entitle r989 to void affected bets. Where possible, affected players will be notified.

6 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

r989 is committed to providing tools that help users manage their gaming activity responsibly. The following tools are available in account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account balance.
• Session reminders: Configure time alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite break from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will not be accessible during the exclusion period.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the r989 platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, page designs, text, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of r989 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, adapt or create derivative works from any r989 content without prior written permission.

8 Platform Availability and Technical Issues

r989 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted platform availability. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or network issues outside r989's control may temporarily affect access.

r989 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, disconnections during a live game session or sports betting market, or technical errors in the display of odds or game outcomes — provided that the underlying transaction data is consistent with the actual result. In cases of genuine technical error, affected transactions may be voided at r989's discretion.

9 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your r989 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

r989 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

• Has been used for fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms.
• Is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Contains false registration information that has not been corrected after a reasonable notice period.
• Has been identified as a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.
• Has engaged in bonus abuse, collusive play or any other behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, r989 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding bonus balance. Verified real-money deposits that have not been subject to breach activity will be handled according to the circumstances of each case.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, r989's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

r989 is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profit or anticipated savings; losses caused by third-party services including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions; or losses resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms.

11 Privacy and Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the r989 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on r989, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. r989 does not sell or share individual player data with third parties for external marketing purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms

r989 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, a notice will be displayed within the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of r989 after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
